Land and Assets

As part of the Communities & Local Government published Code of Practice on Data Transparency, the Authority is required to make available details of the location of public land and building assets and key attribute information that is normally recorded on our asset register.  The details can be accessed from the Land and Property Assets tab below.

NB Due to the conversion process in this CSV format the Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN) field will not display correctly. To see the UPRN number correctly in this format, please do the following:
   – select the column
   – right click and select Format cells > Number and 0 decimal places.

Open Government Licence

This dataset is licenced under the terms of the Open Government Licence

A full dataset version including GeoX, GeoY and UPRN derived from Ordnance Survey data can only be released for “using the data to respond to, or interact with the Licensor to deliver or support the delivery of the Licensor’s Core Business” due to OS licencing restrictions under a PSMA end user licence
