As the manager of the district prevention team you’ll have the opportunity to ensure the effective delivery of the Community Safety Strategy and Service Plan objectives by working with partners to reduce fires, road traffic incidents, arson and anti-social behaviour.
You’ll have excellent leadership skills with a record of success in managing delivery teams, experience of working with “at risk” groups, extensive experience of working with a range of agencies at strategic level, with the ability to performance manage and evaluate a range of community safety initiatives.
You will need a leadership and management qualification or have an equivalent level of learning through experience.
