Damping down is in progress at Sunbridge Rd, Bradford. The incident has been scaled back with 2 fire engines & a CLM vehicle remaining on scene.

Thanks to local residents & our partner agencies for their support as we tackled the incident.

Three fire engines, an aerial appliance and 2 CLM vehicles remain on site at the fire on Sunbridge Road.

Crews from Halifax, Leeds, Dewsbury and Stanningley are currently in attendance damping down.

Road closures remain in place so please avoid travelling into the area and an find alternative route.

Crews will remain on site, at the fire on Sunbridge Road, Bradford, damping down for the next few hours. We will be scaling back appliances on site in the next hour.

Description:

More than 15 crews from across the service are currently fighting a large fire in a four-storey building on Sunbridge Rd, central Bradford, following a call at 01:33am today.

Please avoid the area if possible while emergency services tackle the incident.

Specialist teams are also in attendance.
