Domestic Property Fire - Cleckheaton Area

Fire in a communal hallway on 3^rd floor of property.  Crews used 4 breathing apparatus and 2 hose reels to extinguish fire, and positive pressure ventilation fan used to clear smoke.  One casualty was rescued by fire service personnel and given oxygen therapy before handing over to ambulance.  Smoke detectors were fitted and working at the time of the incident.
