We were called to reports of a house fire at 01.05 this morning on Kingsdale Drive in Bradford
We sent three crews, two from Bradford and one from Shipley.
On arrival crews used two hose reels and four breathing apparatus.
Sadly, a fatality was found in the property.
Fire Investigators are working with colleagues in West Yorkshire Police to establish the circumstances.
