Description:

17:00 *** Update - This Incident has now closed ***

We currently have 12 crews in attendance at Jubilee Way Industrial Estate in Shipley.

We were called at 05.13 this morning to reports of the fire which is at a single storey building 60x60m which is currently 35% involved in fire.

We're asking all local residents to keep their doors and windows shut due to smoke in the air - and please avoid the area due to the large emergency service presence.

There are no reports of any injuries at this time.

Update: 08:00am - Twelve crews remain at the scene, with some change of personnel. Firefighters are using hose reels and an aerial ladder appliance to tackle the flames. We are working with several partner agencies including West Yorkshire Police, Yorkshire Ambulance Service, The Environment Agency, Yorkshire Water, Network Rail (due to the proximity of train lines) and gas and electric colleagues.

Update: 10:00- This incident is being scaled back to six crews and two aerial ladder appliances as firefighters continue to work at the scene. Partners from Bradford Council are assisting with some logistic issues.

Update 14:00 - Three crews remain at the scene, one sector of fire is still burning.
