The People and Culture Committee will consider and determine matters of policy within approved budgets and / or report to the Authority in relation to:

Issues relating to the employment of staff
Local and national conditions of service for employees of the Authority
Recruitment and establishments
Industrial relations
Application of the Authority’s Equality and Diversity policy
Matters relating to the WYFRS International Training Centre in respect of;
- training requirements of the Fire Service
- functioning and marketing of the facilities
- determination of course fees and charges
- equipment provision
