Wildfire incident - Wessenden Lodge, Marsden
Fire appliances are in attendance, along with wildfire units.

Building fire, furness involved. Single storey building, 90m x 85m. Fire contained to furness. 8 large jets used to contain the fire. Appliances from accross the brigade are in attendance.
Ongoing incident in the Pule Hill area of Marsden moor, numerous fire appliances are dealing, public advised to stay away from the area.
We are currently in attendance at a wildfire at Pule Hill, Marsden. Presently, 5 pumps (Fire Engines) are in attendance, alongside 2 wildfire officers, the drone team and Yorkshire Water.
Initial calls stated fire in open but on arrival crews made pumps 3. This was 2 large vehicles involved. 1 large jet, 2 hose reels and 3 breathing apparatus used.
1 appliance from Odsal and 2 from Bradford attended.
Car had gone off road down a 100ft ravine. Crews used line rescue capability to extricate male casualty from vehicle into care of Ambulance service.
Appliances from Holmfirth, Huddersfield, Skelmanthorpe and Cleckheaton attended along with specialist officers
Report of building fire, on arrival this was made pumps 5 and aerials 1, then pumps 8 aerials 2, with persons reported trapped.
This is a three storey building with ground floor restaurant and two floors residential, fire from roof. One large jet, two aerials, 2 hose reels and 8 breathing apparatus used.
2 Car RTC, 1 vehicle on its side. 2 casualties assisted from vehicle by Fire Service. 1 vehicle drove off prior to arrival. Casualties left in care of Ambulance service
Electrical box involved on ground floor. 1 hose reel, 4 breathing apparatus and positive pressure ventilation used. No persons involved.
Smoke detectors installed and working.
2 appliances from Hunslet, 1 from Leeds and Fire Investigation officer attended.
