House fire, terraced property with exposure risk to two sides, 2 floors fully involved in fire, 4 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reels and positive pressure ventilation fans used to extinguish the fire and clear smoke.

Fire investigation officer also attended the incident.

3 Crews mobilised to a Domestic Property fire involving the roof of a property.

On arrival, the initial crews requested an additional 2 fire engines and an aerial appliance; Fire Control also mobilised supporting officers and informed partner agencies.

04:55 update : 1st floor and roof involved - 4 large jets and 3 hosereels in use.

05:57 update : damping down in progress - 2 hosereels and 1 aerial appliance in use.

07:37 update : Crews remain in attendance damping down using 1 hosereel and 1 aerial appliance.

We're currently in attendance at the scene of a fire at a building on School Lane in the Kirkheaton area of Huddersfield.

We've got several crews in attendance - there are currently no reports of any injuries.

Residents in the area are being asked to keep doors and windows closed due to the large amount of smoke in the air.

2 vehicle road traffic collision with person trapped. 1 casualty with head injuries extricated by fire service and transported to hospital by YAS. 2 casualties were out of the vehicle upon fire service arrival. Crews made scene safe.

Domestic property fire,  bedroom involved. Crews used 4 Breathing apparatus, 2 Hose reels and positive pressure ventilation to extinguish the fire and clear the smoke.

Moorland fire, 15m x 20m.  Crews used 2 hose reels to extinguish the fire.

Reports of fire in scrap yard. On arrival crews made pumps 4. Fire 50m  X 20m, 4 Large jets used to extinguish the fire.

Crews attended to a large fire in the open containing plastics and tyres.  They used 2 hose reels to extinguish the fire.

Fire crews were called to reports of a vehicle fire at Wyke Lane, Bradford just after 4pm today (01 June 24).

Numerous HGV trailers are involved in fire.  Appliances from Odsal, Cleckheaton, Bradford, Morley, Halifax and Fairweather Green are in attendance.

Fire is now out and investigation taking place
