Road Traffic Collision involving 3 cars on the M621 Westbound, just before the junction with the M62. 1 female was trapped, casualty was released by fire service personnel and then transported to hospital by ambulance.

Crews have been busy across the brigade area dealing with Dangerous Structures caused by the high winds. Incidents included reports of fallen trees and branches in precarious positions, damage to roofs and objects in danger of falling from properties. In total 33 incidents required an attendance of which approximately half required no further action after being assessed by fire service officers. The remaining incidents were dealt with and made safe by fire appliances including pumps and aerial appliances.

RTC involving 2 vehicles with 1 person trapped.  Casualty was extricated by fire crews on scene and handed over to waiting paramedics.

Fire service works with partners to train National Ambulance Resilie

Fire in loft area of domestic property. Crews used 2 Hose Reels, 1 Breathing Apparatus to extinguish the fire, and one Aerial Appliance to investigate fire spread in the roof.

Building fire with two businesses involved, 1 car workshop and 1 concrete factory.  100% involved in fire.
